महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-24, verse-92

आढ्याश्च बलवन्तश्च यौवनस्थाश्च भारत ।
ये वै जितेन्द्रिया धीरास्ते नराः स्वर्गगामिनः ॥९२॥
92. āḍhyāśca balavantaśca yauvanasthāśca bhārata ,
ye vai jitendriyā dhīrāste narāḥ svargagāminaḥ.
