होतारो वृषलानां च वृषलाध्यापकास्तथा ।
तथा वृषलशिष्याश्च राजन्नार्हन्ति केतनम् ॥१७॥

17. hotāro vṛṣalānāṁ ca vṛṣalādhyāpakāstathā ,
tathā vṛṣalaśiṣyāśca rājannārhanti ketanam.

17. O King, those who perform Vedic rituals (hotāraḥ) for śūdras, as well as teachers of śūdras, and likewise the students of śūdras, certainly do not deserve an invitation (to a ritual).
