महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-24, verse-23

स्त्रीपूर्वाः काण्डपृष्ठाश्च यावन्तो भरतर्षभ ।
अजपा ब्राह्मणाश्चैव श्राद्धे नार्हन्ति केतनम् ॥२३॥
23. strīpūrvāḥ kāṇḍapṛṣṭhāśca yāvanto bharatarṣabha ,
ajapā brāhmaṇāścaiva śrāddhe nārhanti ketanam.
