महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-57, verse-9

अत्यन्यानेष देशो हि धनरत्नादिभिर्युतः ।
वसुपूर्णा च वसुधा वस चेदिषु चेदिप ॥९॥
9. atyanyāneṣa deśo hi dhanaratnādibhiryutaḥ ,
vasupūrṇā ca vasudhā vasa cediṣu cedipa.
9. ati anyān eṣa deśaḥ hi dhanaratnādibhiḥ
yutaḥ vasupūrṇā ca vasudhā vasa cediṣu cedipa
9. Indeed, this region, endowed with wealth, jewels, and other such treasures, surpasses all others. And this land is full of riches. So, O lord of the Cedis, dwell in the Chedi country!
