महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-57, verse-8

पशव्यश्चैव पुण्यश्च सुस्थिरो धनधान्यवान् ।
स्वारक्ष्यश्चैव सौम्यश्च भोग्यैर्भूमिगुणैर्युतः ॥८॥
8. paśavyaścaiva puṇyaśca susthiro dhanadhānyavān ,
svārakṣyaścaiva saumyaśca bhogyairbhūmiguṇairyutaḥ.
8. paśavyaḥ ca eva puṇyaḥ ca susthiraḥ dhanadhānyavān
svārakṣyaḥ ca eva saumyaḥ ca bhogyaiḥ bhūmiguṇaiḥ yutaḥ
8. And that region is indeed rich in cattle, sacred, very stable, possessing wealth and grain. And it is well-protected and pleasant, endowed with enjoyable qualities of the land.
