उत्सवं कारयिष्यन्ति सदा शक्रस्य ये नराः ।
भूमिदानादिभिर्दानैर्यथा पूता भवन्ति वै ।
वरदानमहायज्ञैस्तथा शक्रोत्सवेन ते ॥२६॥

26. utsavaṁ kārayiṣyanti sadā śakrasya ye narāḥ ,
bhūmidānādibhirdānairyathā pūtā bhavanti vai ,
varadānamahāyajñaistathā śakrotsavena te.

26. Those people who always arrange the festival of Indra (Śakra) become purified. They are purified just as one becomes purified through various gifts such as land grants (bhūmidāna) and through great sacrifices (mahāyajña) involving the granting of boons; similarly, they are purified by the festival of Indra.
