इन्द्र उवाच ।
न संकीर्येत धर्मोऽयं पृथिव्यां पृथिवीपते ।
तं पाहि धर्मो हि धृतः कृत्स्नं धारयते जगत् ॥५॥
न संकीर्येत धर्मोऽयं पृथिव्यां पृथिवीपते ।

5. indra uvāca ,
na saṁkīryeta dharmo'yaṁ pṛthivyāṁ pṛthivīpate ,
taṁ pāhi dharmo hi dhṛtaḥ kṛtsnaṁ dhārayate jagat.
na saṁkīryeta dharmo'yaṁ pṛthivyāṁ pṛthivīpate ,
taṁ pāhi dharmo hi dhṛtaḥ kṛtsnaṁ dhārayate jagat.

Indra spoke: "O lord of the earth, this Dharma should not be violated on Earth. Protect it, for Dharma, when upheld, sustains the entire world."
