महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-27, verse-6

स चेत्तदभिमन्येत पुरुषोऽर्जुनदर्शिवान् ।
अन्यं तस्मै वरं दद्यां श्वेतान्पञ्चशतान्हयान् ॥६॥
6. sa cettadabhimanyeta puruṣo'rjunadarśivān ,
anyaṁ tasmai varaṁ dadyāṁ śvetānpañcaśatānhayān.
6. sa cet tat abhimanyeta puruṣaḥ arjunadarśivān
anyam tasmai varam dadyām śvetān pañcaśatān hayān
6. saḥ puruṣaḥ arjunadarśivān cet tat abhimanyeta,
aham tasmai anyam varam śvetān pañcaśatān hayān dadyām
6. If that man, who has seen Arjuna, were to agree to that, I would give him another excellent gift: five hundred white horses.
