महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-27, verse-22

यच्च प्रार्थयसे हन्तुं कृष्णौ मोहान्मृषैव तत् ।
न हि शुश्रुम संमर्दे क्रोष्ट्रा सिंहौ निपातितौ ॥२२॥
22. yacca prārthayase hantuṁ kṛṣṇau mohānmṛṣaiva tat ,
na hi śuśruma saṁmarde kroṣṭrā siṁhau nipātitau.
22. yat ca prārthayase hantum kṛṣṇau mohāt mṛṣā eva tat
| na hi śuśruma saṃmarde kroṣṭrā siṃhau nipātitau
22. yat ca mohāt kṛṣṇau hantum prārthayase,
tat eva mṛṣā.
hi saṃmarde kroṣṭrā siṃhau nipātitau na śuśruma.
22. And that which you desire, out of delusion (moha), to kill the two Krishnas (Kṛṣṇau)—that is certainly false. Indeed, we have never heard of two lions (siṃha) being felled by a jackal (kroṣṭṛ) in battle.
