मित्रोच्चभावप्राप्तस्य मध्याख्या ह्यर्थदा दशा ।
नीचांतादुच्चभागान्तं भषट्के मध्यगस्य च ॥८२॥

82. Indeed, the daśā named Madhyā is a provider of wealth for a planet that has attained the status of being in a friendly sign or in exaltation. This daśā's influence applies to a planet situated from the end of its debilitation portion up to the end of its exaltation portion within a sign, as well as for a planet in the middle range of the six divisional charts (vargas).
