बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-80

पूर्णाख्या बहुलैश्वर्यदायिन्यापि रुजप्रदा ।
अतिनीचगतस्यापि दुर्बलस्य ग्रहस्य तु ॥८०॥
80. pūrṇākhyā bahulaiśvaryadāyinyāpi rujapradā .
atinīcagatasyāpi durbalasya grahasya tu.

80. The daśā known as Pūrṇā, even though it grants abundant prosperity, also bestows diseases, particularly for a planet that is extremely debilitated or otherwise weak.
