बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-7

शुभक्षेत्रे हि तद्राशेः शुभं ज्ञेयं दशाफलम् ।
पापयुक्ते शुभक्षेत्रे पूर्वं शुभमसत्परे ॥७॥
7. śubhakṣetre hi tadrāśeḥ śubhaṃ jñeyaṃ daśāphalam .
pāpayukte śubhakṣetre pūrvaṃ śubhamasatpare.
7. śubha-kṣetre hi tad-rāśeḥ śubham jñeyam daśā-phalam
pāpa-yukte śubha-kṣetre pūrvam śubham asat pare
7. Indeed, if that sign (rāśi) is a benefic house (śubha-kṣetra), then the outcome of the planetary period (daśā-phalam) should be known as auspicious. If it is a benefic house (śubha-kṣetra) associated with malefic planets, the results are auspicious at first, but inauspicious afterwards.
