बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-44

शुक्रेण विधुना वा स्याद्राजकोपाद्धनक्षयः ।
दशान्तश्चेदरिक्षेत्रे राहुदृष्टयुतेऽपि वा ॥४४॥
44. śukreṇa vidhunā vā syādrājakopāddhanakṣayaḥ .
daśāntaścedarikṣetre rāhudṛṣṭayute'pi vā.
44. śukreṇa vidhunā vā syāt rājakopāt dhana kṣayaḥ
daśā antaḥ cet ari kṣetre rāhu dṛṣṭa yute api vā
44. ...[if the end of a planetary period (daśā) in a sign] is aspected or conjoined by Venus (śukra) or the Moon (vidhu), there may be loss of wealth due to governmental anger (rājakopa). Similarly, if the end of the daśā is in an enemy's sign, or if it is aspected or conjoined by Rahu (rāhu), similar adverse effects may occur.
