तस्मात्षष्ठाष्टमे क्रूरनीचखेटादयः स्थिताः ।
रोगशत्रुनृपालेभ्यो मुहुः पीडा सुदुःसहा ॥६१॥

61. tasmātṣaṣṭhāṣṭame krūranīcakheṭādayaḥ sthitāḥ .
rogaśatrunṛpālebhyo muhuḥ pīḍā suduḥsahā.

61. tasmāt ṣaṣṭha-aṣṭame krūra-nīca-kheṭa-ādayaḥ
sthitāḥ roga-śatru-nṛpālebhyaḥ muhuḥ pīḍā suduḥsahā

61. Therefore, if malefic or debilitated planets (grahas) are situated in the sixth and eighth houses, there will be frequent and unbearable suffering originating from diseases, enemies, and rulers.
