बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-58

यस्माद्व्ययगतो यस्तु तद्दशायां धनक्षयः ।
यस्मात्त्रिकोणगाः पापास्तत्रात्मशुभनाशनम् ॥५८॥
58. yasmādvyayagato yastu taddaśāyāṃ dhanakṣayaḥ .
yasmāttrikoṇagāḥ pāpāstatrātmaśubhanāśanam.
58. yasmāt vyayagataḥ yaḥ tu taddaśāyām dhana-kṣayaḥ
yasmāt trikoṇagāḥ pāpāḥ tatra ātma-śubha-nāśanam
58. From a particular house (yasmāt), if a planet (yaḥ) is situated in the twelfth house (vyaya) from it, then during its planetary period (daśā), there will be a loss of wealth. Furthermore, if malefic planets (pāpāḥ) are located in trine (trikoṇa) from a specific house (yasmāt), then there will be a destruction of auspiciousness for the self (ātman).
