बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-3

बलयुक्ते च राशीशे पूर्णं तस्य तदा फलम् ।
फलं मध्य्बले मध्यं बलहीने विपर्ययः ॥३॥
3. balayukte ca rāśīśe pūrṇaṃ tasya tadā phalam .
phalaṃ madhybale madhyaṃ balahīne viparyayaḥ.

3. When the lord of a sign (rāśīśa) is endowed with full strength (bala), then its result is complete. If its strength is moderate, the result is moderate. If it is devoid of strength, the result is the opposite.
