बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-51

चन्द्र्शुक्रौ द्वादश चेद्राजकोपो भवेद्ध्रुवम् ।
भौमकेतू तत्र यदि वधोऽग्नेर्महती व्यथा ॥५१॥
51. candrśukrau dvādaśa cedrājakopo bhaveddhruvam .
bhaumaketū tatra yadi vadho'gnermahatī vyathā.

51. If the Moon and Venus are in the twelfth house, royal displeasure will certainly occur. If Mars and Ketu are there (in the twelfth house), then death by fire or great suffering will result.
