दशारम्भे दशान्ते च द्वितीयस्थमिदं फलम् ॥५२॥

And if Indra and Venus are in the second house (dhana), O Brahmin, they bestow kingship. This result, stemming from the second house, is observed at the beginning and end of the planetary period (daśā).
