बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-52

चेन्द्रशुक्रौ धने विप्र यदि राज्यं प्रयच्छतः ।
दशारम्भे दशान्ते च द्वितीयस्थमिदं फलम् ॥५२॥
52. cendraśukrau dhane vipra yadi rājyaṃ prayacchataḥ .
daśārambhe daśānte ca dvitīyasthamidaṃ phalam.
52. ca indraśukrau dhane vipra yadi rājyam prayacchataḥ
| daśārambhe daśānte ca dvitīyastham idam phalam
52. And if Indra and Venus are in the second house (dhana), O Brahmin, they bestow kingship. This result, stemming from the second house, is observed at the beginning and end of the planetary period (daśā).
