बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-5

तृतीयषष्ठगे पापे ज्यादिः परिकीर्तितः ।
शुभखेटयुते तत्र जायते च पराजयः ॥५॥
5. tṛtīyaṣaṣṭhage pāpe jyādiḥ parikīrtitaḥ .

5. When a malefic planet is situated in the third or sixth house, obstacles and distress are declared. If that malefic is associated with benefic planets in those houses, then defeat certainly arises.
