बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-10

पूर्वं कष्टं सुखं पश्चान्निर्विशङ्कं प्रजायते ।
शुभक्षेत्रे शुभं वाच्यं पापर्क्षे त्वशुभं फलम् ॥१०॥
10. pūrvaṃ kaṣṭaṃ sukhaṃ paścānnirviśaṅkaṃ prajāyate .
śubhakṣetre śubhaṃ vācyaṃ pāparkṣe tvaśubhaṃ phalam.
10. pūrvam kaṣṭam sukham paścāt nirviśaṅkam prajāyate
śubhakṣetre śubham vācyam pāparkṣe tu aśubham phalam
10. First, there is difficulty, and then happiness arises without doubt. In an auspicious house (kṣetra), an auspicious result should be declared; whereas in an inauspicious house, an inauspicious outcome is indicated.
