बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-19

त्रिकोणरन्ध्ररिष्फस्थैः शुभपापैः शुभाऽशुभम् ।
तद्दशायां च वक्तव्यं फलं दैवविदा सदा ॥१९॥
19. trikoṇarandhrariṣphasthaiḥ śubhapāpaiḥ śubhā'śubham .
taddaśāyāṃ ca vaktavyaṃ phalaṃ daivavidā sadā.
19. trikoṇa-randhra-riṣpha-sthaiḥ śubha-pāpaiḥ śubha-aśubham
tat-daśāyām ca vaktavyam phalam daivavidā sadā
19. Auspicious and inauspicious results, depending on whether planets are benefics or malefics, should always be declared by an astrologer during the planetary period (dasa) of planets situated in the trine, eighth (randhra), and twelfth (riṣpha) houses.
