चतुर्थे तु शुभं सौख्यमारोग्यं त्वष्टमे शुभे ।
धर्मवृद्धिर्गुरुजनात्सौख्यं च नवमे शुभे ॥१२॥

12. caturthe tu śubhaṃ saukhyamārogyaṃ tvaṣṭame śubhe .
dharmavṛddhirgurujanātsaukhyaṃ ca navame śubhe.

12. caturthe tu śubham saukhyam ārogyam tu aṣṭame śubhe
dharmavṛddhiḥ gurujanāt saukhyam ca navame śubhe

12. In the fourth house, auspicious happiness and health are indicated. When an auspicious planet is in the eighth house, health is indicated. An increase in one's constitution (dharma) from elders (guru) and happiness are seen when an auspicious planet is in the ninth house.
