बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-50, verse-1

चरस्थिरादिसंज्ञा या दशाः प्रोक्ताः पुरा द्विज ।
शुभाऽशुभफलं तासां कथयामि तवाऽग्रतः ॥१॥
1. carasthirādisaṃjñā yā daśāḥ proktāḥ purā dvija .
śubhā'śubhaphalaṃ tāsāṃ kathayāmi tavā'grataḥ.
1. carasthirādisaṃjñā yāḥ daśāḥ proktāḥ purā dvija
śubhāśubhaphalam tāsām kathayāmi tava agrataḥ
1. O twice-born (dvija), I will now explain to you the auspicious and inauspicious results of those Dasha periods previously named 'movable' (cara), 'fixed' (sthira), and so on.
