महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-61, verse-71

यस्तु राजन्कृपो नाम ब्रह्मर्षिरभवत्क्षितौ ।
रुद्राणां तं गणाद्विद्धि संभूतमतिपौरुषम् ॥७१॥

71. yastu rājankṛpo nāma brahmarṣirabhavatkṣitau ,
rudrāṇāṁ taṁ gaṇādviddhi saṁbhūtamatipauruṣam.

71. yaḥ tu rājan kṛpaḥ nāma brahmarṣiḥ abhavat kṣitau
rudrāṇām tam gaṇāt viddhi saṃbhūtam atipauruṣam

71. O King, know that Kripa, the Brahmarshi who manifested on earth, was born from the host of the Rudras and possessed immense prowess.

71. הו מלך, קְרְפַּה שהיה בארץ בְּרַהְמִין חוזה, דע שהוא נולד מקבוצת הרוּדְרַה, ובעל גבריות גדולה.
