महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-61, verse-44

क्रोधवर्धन इत्येव यस्त्वन्यः परिकीर्तितः ।
दण्डधार इति ख्यातः सोऽभवन्मनुजेश्वरः ॥४४॥
44. krodhavardhana ityeva yastvanyaḥ parikīrtitaḥ ,
daṇḍadhāra iti khyātaḥ so'bhavanmanujeśvaraḥ.
44. krodhavardhanaḥ iti eva yaḥ tu anyaḥ parikīrtitaḥ
daṇḍadhāraḥ iti khyātaḥ saḥ abhavat manujeśvaraḥ
44. And indeed, another (Asura) who was called Krodhavardhana, he became a lord of men, renowned as Daṇḍadhāra.
