महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-61, verse-72

शकुनिर्नाम यस्त्वासीद्राजा लोके महारथः ।
द्वापरं विद्धि तं राजन्संभूतमरिमर्दनम् ॥७२॥
72. śakunirnāma yastvāsīdrājā loke mahārathaḥ ,
dvāparaṁ viddhi taṁ rājansaṁbhūtamarimardanam.
72. śakuniḥ nāma yaḥ tu āsīt rājā loke mahārathaḥ
dvāparam viddhi tam rājan saṃbhūtam arimardanam
72. O King, know that Shakuni, who was a king and a great warrior in the world, the destroyer of enemies, was born from (the being named) Dvāpara.
