महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-61, verse-81

जगतो यः स सर्वस्य विद्विष्टः कलिपूरुषः ।
यः सर्वां घातयामास पृथिवीं पुरुषाधमः ।
येन वैरं समुद्दीप्तं भूतान्तकरणं महत् ॥८१॥
81. jagato yaḥ sa sarvasya vidviṣṭaḥ kalipūruṣaḥ ,
yaḥ sarvāṁ ghātayāmāsa pṛthivīṁ puruṣādhamaḥ ,
yena vairaṁ samuddīptaṁ bhūtāntakaraṇaṁ mahat.
81. jagataḥ yaḥ sa sarvasya vidviṣṭaḥ
kalipūruṣaḥ yaḥ sarvām ghātayāmāsa
pṛthivīm puruṣādhamaḥ yena vairam
samuddīptam bhūtāntakaraṇam mahat
81. He, the embodiment of Kali, was detested by everyone in the world. That vilest of men caused the destruction of the entire earth, for it was by him that a great and all-consuming enmity was ignited.
