महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-103, verse-95

ज्यायांसमपि चेच्छक्र गुणैरपि समन्वितम् ।
आततायिनमामन्त्र्य हन्याद्घातकमागतम् ॥९५॥
95. jyāyāṁsamapi cecchakra guṇairapi samanvitam ,
ātatāyinamāmantrya hanyādghātakamāgatam.

95. O Śakra, even if an individual is superior and endowed with virtues, if he comes as an aggressor (ātatāyin) and killer, one should confront him and then slay him.
