निर्जिते मयि युद्धे तु ध्रुवं जेष्यथ कौरवान् ।
क्षिप्रं मयि प्रहरत यदीच्छथ रणे जयम् ।
अनुजानामि वः पार्थाः प्रहरध्वं यथासुखम् ॥६६॥

66. nirjite mayi yuddhe tu dhruvaṁ jeṣyatha kauravān ,

anujānāmi vaḥ pārthāḥ praharadhvaṁ yathāsukham.

66.
But once I am defeated in battle, you will certainly conquer the Kauravas. If you desire victory (jaya) in battle, strike me swiftly. O sons of Pṛthā (pārthāḥ), I permit you: strike as you please (yathāsukham).
