महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-103, verse-71

आत्तशस्त्रो रणे यत्तो गृहीतवरकार्मुकः ।
न्यस्तशस्त्रं तु मां राजन्हन्युर्युधि महारथाः ॥७१॥
71. āttaśastro raṇe yatto gṛhītavarakārmukaḥ ,
nyastaśastraṁ tu māṁ rājanhanyuryudhi mahārathāḥ.

nyastaśastraṃ tu māṃ rājan hanyuḥ yudhi mahārathāḥ
71. rājan mahārathāḥ yudhi māṃ hanyuḥ raṇe āttaśastraḥ
yattaḥ gṛhītavarakārmukaḥ tu nyastaśastraṃ
71. O King, the great charioteers (mahārathāḥ) would kill me in battle (yudhi) even when I am armed, prepared for battle, and holding my excellent bow. However, they would certainly kill me if I were to lay down my weapons (nyastaśastraṃ).
