महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-103, verse-6

ततोऽवहारं सैन्यानां कृत्वा तत्र महारथाः ।
न्यविशन्त कुरुश्रेष्ठ संग्रामे क्षतविक्षताः ॥६॥
6. tato'vahāraṁ sainyānāṁ kṛtvā tatra mahārathāḥ ,
nyaviśanta kuruśreṣṭha saṁgrāme kṣatavikṣatāḥ.

6. Then, having executed the withdrawal of their armies, O best among the Kurus, the great charioteers settled down there, wounded and severely injured from the battle.
