महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-103, verse-33

तव भ्राता मम सखा संबन्धी शिष्य एव च ।
मांसान्युत्कृत्य वै दद्यामर्जुनार्थे महीपते ॥३३॥
33. tava bhrātā mama sakhā saṁbandhī śiṣya eva ca ,
māṁsānyutkṛtya vai dadyāmarjunārthe mahīpate.
33. tava bhrātā mama sakhā sambandhī śiṣyaḥ eva ca
māṃsāni utkṛtya vai dadyām arjuna-arthe mahīpate
33. mahīpate tava bhrātā mama sakhā sambandhī śiṣyaḥ ca eva (asti).
arjuna-arthe (aham) māṃsāni utkṛtya vai dadyām.
33. Your brother is my friend, relative, and also my disciple. O King, I would certainly cut off my own flesh and give it for Arjuna's sake.
