महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-327, verse-41

ऊर्ध्वं दृष्टिर्बाहवश्च एकाग्रं च मनोऽभवत् ।
एकपादस्थिताः सम्यक्काष्ठभूताः समाहिताः ॥४१॥
41. ūrdhvaṁ dṛṣṭirbāhavaśca ekāgraṁ ca mano'bhavat ,
ekapādasthitāḥ samyakkāṣṭhabhūtāḥ samāhitāḥ.
