अतत्त्वज्ञमविश्रान्तमलब्धात्मानमस्थितम् ।
निगिरन्तीन्द्रियाण्याशु हरिणा इव पल्लवम् ॥ ६३ ॥

63. The sense organs quickly devour an individual who is ignorant of the truth, restless, unstable, and has not realized their true self (ātman), just as deer rapidly consume tender shoots.
