महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-45, verse-66

ह्रदोदरं निखर्वैश्च वृतं दशभिरीश्वरः ।
जघानानुचरैः सार्धं विविधायुधपाणिभिः ॥६६॥
66. hradodaraṁ nikharvaiśca vṛtaṁ daśabhirīśvaraḥ ,
jaghānānucaraiḥ sārdhaṁ vividhāyudhapāṇibhiḥ.

66. The Lord (īśvara), along with his attendants who held various weapons in their hands, struck down Hradodara, who was surrounded by ten *nikharvas* (a very large numerical unit).
