महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-45, verse-60

दृष्ट्वा च स ततः क्रुद्धः स्कन्दस्तेजोबलान्वितः ।
शक्त्यस्त्रं भगवान्भीमं पुनः पुनरवासृजत् ।
आदधच्चात्मनस्तेजो हविषेद्ध इवानलः ॥६०॥
60. dṛṣṭvā ca sa tataḥ kruddhaḥ skandastejobalānvitaḥ ,
śaktyastraṁ bhagavānbhīmaṁ punaḥ punaravāsṛjat ,
ādadhaccātmanastejo haviṣeddha ivānalaḥ.

60. Upon seeing that, Skanda, who was endowed with immense energy and strength, became enraged. The divine lord repeatedly discharged his formidable Śakti weapon, drawing upon his own brilliant energy like a fire fueled by clarified butter (havis).
