महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-33, verse-71

षडिमे षट्सु जीवन्ति सप्तमो नोपलभ्यते ।
चोराः प्रमत्ते जीवन्ति व्याधितेषु चिकित्सकाः ॥७१॥
71. ṣaḍime ṣaṭsu jīvanti saptamo nopalabhyate ,
corāḥ pramatte jīvanti vyādhiteṣu cikitsakāḥ.

71. Six types of people thrive among six other groups; a seventh is not found. Thieves thrive among the negligent, and physicians among the sick.
