हृतस्वं कामिनं चोरमाविशन्ति प्रजागराः ॥१३॥

Vidura said: Sleeplessness (prajāgarāḥ) afflicts those who are attacked by a powerful person and are weak, those who are destitute, those whose wealth has been stolen, those who are lustful, and thieves.
