यस्य कृत्यं न विघ्नन्ति शीतमुष्णं भयं रतिः ।
समृद्धिरसमृद्धिर्वा स वै पण्डित उच्यते ॥१९॥

19. yasya kṛtyaṁ na vighnanti śītamuṣṇaṁ bhayaṁ ratiḥ ,

19. That person whose actions are not hindered by cold, heat, fear, pleasure, success, or failure, he is truly called a wise (paṇḍita) person.
