स्थितं सर्वत्र सर्वं तु लतास्वन्तर्यथा रसः ।
सत्तासामान्यरूपेण महासत्तात्मनापि च ॥ १६ ॥

16. Indeed, everything (sarvam) is situated everywhere, just as sap (rasa) resides within creepers. This manifests in the form of general existence and also as the very essence (ātman) of supreme existence.
