महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-172, verse-65

अभिवाद्याथ रुद्राय सद्योऽन्धकनिपातिने ।
पद्माक्षस्तं विरूपाक्षमभितुष्टाव भक्तिमान् ॥६५॥
65. abhivādyātha rudrāya sadyo'ndhakanipātine ,
padmākṣastaṁ virūpākṣamabhituṣṭāva bhaktimān.

65. Then, the devoted Padmaksha, having bowed down to Rudra—who instantly slew the demon Andhaka and is known as the three-eyed one (virūpākṣa)—praised him.
