She is the most excellent source, stainless, far-reaching, strong, a carrier of waters, bestowing fame, and all-encompassing. She is a radiant manifestation, a blazing Vedic ritual (iṣṭi), and for those purified by the Ganga, she is the path to the realms (bhuvana).
