पूर्वे वयसि कर्माणि कृत्वा पापानि ये नराः ।
पश्चाद्गङ्गां निषेवन्ते तेऽपि यान्त्युत्तमां गतिम् ॥२९॥

29. pūrve vayasi karmāṇi kṛtvā pāpāni ye narāḥ ,

29. Those people who, having committed sinful actions (karma) in their earlier life, later resort to the Gaṅgā, even they attain the highest state.
