I have briefly explained the results pertaining to the third house. Now, O best of Brahmins (dvijottama), I will describe the results of the house of happiness.
सुखेशे सुखभावस्थे लग्नेशे तद्गतेऽपि वा ।
शुभदृष्टे च जातस्य पूर्णं गृहसुखं वदेत् ॥२॥

2. sukheśe sukhabhāvasthe lagneśe tadgate'pi vā .
śubhadṛṣṭe ca jātasya pūrṇaṃ gṛhasukhaṃ vadet.

If the lord of the house of happiness is situated in the house of happiness itself, or if the lord of the ascendant (lagna) is also located there, and (the house) is aspected by auspicious planets, then one should declare complete domestic happiness for the native.
स्वगेहे स्वांशके स्वोच्चे सुखस्थानाधिपो यदि ।
भूमियानगृहादीनां सुखं वाद्यभवं तथा ॥३॥

3. svagehe svāṃśake svocce sukhasthānādhipo yadi .
bhūmiyānagṛhādīnāṃ sukhaṃ vādyabhavaṃ tathā.

If the lord of the house of happiness is in its own sign (sva-geha), its own navāṃśa (sva-aṃśaka), or its exaltation sign (sva-ucca), then the native will attain happiness regarding land, conveyances, and houses, as well as happiness derived from musical instruments.
कर्माधिपेन संयुक्ते केन्द्रे कोणे गृहाधिपे ।
विचित्रसौधप्राकारैर्मण्डितं तद्गृहं वदेत् ॥४॥

4. karmādhipena saṃyukte kendre koṇe gṛhādhipe .

When the lord of a house is conjoined with the lord of the 10th house (karma) in either an angular (kendra) or trinal (kona) house, one should predict that the native's dwelling will be adorned with wonderful mansions and fortified walls.
बन्धुस्थानेश्वरे सौम्ये शुभग्रहयुतेक्षिते ।
शशिजे लग्नसंयुक्ते बन्धुपूज्यो भवेन्नरः ॥५॥

5. bandhusthāneśvare saumye śubhagrahayutekṣite .

When the lord of the 4th house (bandhu sthāna) is a benefic planet, and is conjoined with or aspected by benefic planets, and when Mercury (śaśija) is conjoined with the ascendant, the native becomes respected by their relatives.
मातुःस्थाने शुभयुते तदीशे स्वोच्चराशिगे ।
कारके बलसंयुक्ते मातुर्दीर्घायुरादिशेत् ॥६॥

6. mātuḥsthāne śubhayute tadīśe svoccarāśige .

When the 4th house (mother's house) is conjoined with benefic planets, and its lord is situated in its exaltation sign, and the significator (kāraka) for mother (Moon) is endowed with strength, one should predict a long life for the mother.
सुखेशे केन्द्रभावस्थे तथ केन्द्रस्थितो भृगुः ।
शशिजे स्वोच्चराशिस्थे मातुः पूर्णं सुखं वदेत् ॥७॥

When the lord of the 4th house (sukha) is situated in an angular (kendra) house, and Venus (bhṛgu) is also in an angular house, and Mercury (śaśija) is situated in its exaltation sign, one should predict complete happiness for the mother.
सुखे रवियुते मन्दे चन्द्रे भाग्यगते सति ।
लाभस्थानगतो भौमो गोमहिष्यादिलाभकृत् ॥८॥

When Saturn (manda) is conjoined with the Sun (ravi) in the 4th house (sukha), and the Moon (candra) is in the 9th house (bhāgya), and Mars (bhauma) is in the 11th house (lābha sthāna), the native acquires cows, buffaloes, and similar gains.
चरगेहसमायुक्तो सुखे तद्राशिनायके ।
षष्ठे व्यये स्थिते भौमे नरः प्राप्नोति मूकताम् ॥९॥

If the lord of the fourth house, associated with a movable sign, is situated in the fourth house, and Mars is located in the sixth or twelfth house, the person experiences muteness.
लग्नस्थानाधिपे सौम्ये सुखेशे नीचराशिगे ।
कारके व्ययभावस्थे सुखेशे लाभसङ्गते ॥१०॥

10. lagnasthānādhipe saumye sukheśe nīcarāśige .

When the lord of the Ascendant is Mercury; when the lord of the fourth house is in a debilitated sign; when the significator (karaka) is situated in the twelfth house; or when the lord of the fourth house is conjoined with the lord of the eleventh house (house of gain).
द्वदशे वत्सरे प्राप्ते वाहनस्य सुखं वदेत् ।
वाहने सूर्यसंयुक्ते स्वोच्चे तद्भावनायके ॥११॥

11. dvadaśe vatsare prāpte vāhanasya sukhaṃ vadet .

One should predict comfort from vehicles in the twelfth year of life. This also occurs if the lord of the fourth house (house of vehicles) is situated in the fourth house itself, conjoined with the Sun, and placed in its own sign of exaltation.
शुक्रेण सण्युते वर्षे द्वात्रिंशे वाहनं भवेत् ।
कर्मेशेन युते बन्धुनाथे तुङ्गांशसंयुते ॥१२॥

12. śukreṇa saṇyute varṣe dvātriṃśe vāhanaṃ bhavet .

A vehicle will be acquired in the thirty-second year, if there is a connection with Venus. Additionally, when the lord of the fourth house is conjoined with the lord of the tenth house and associated with an exalted planetary division (aṃśa), a vehicle will also be acquired.
द्विचत्वारिंशके वर्षे नरो वाहनभाग् भवेत् ।
लाभेशे सुखराशिस्थे सुखेशे लाभसंयुते ॥१३॥

13. dvicatvāriṃśake varṣe naro vāhanabhāg bhavet .

dvi-catvāriṃśake varṣe naraḥ vāhana-bhāk bhavet

A person will acquire a vehicle in the forty-second year of life. This also occurs when the lord of the eleventh house (house of gain) is situated in the fourth house (house of comforts/vehicles), or when the lord of the fourth house is conjoined with the lord of the eleventh house (house of gain).
द्वादशे वस्तरे प्राप्ते जातो वाहनभाग् भवेत् ।
शुभं शुभत्वे भावस्य पापत्वे फलमन्यथा ॥१४॥

Upon reaching the twelfth year, the native obtains a vehicle. If the astrological house (bhāva) is auspicious, the result is good; if it is inauspicious, the outcome is unfavorable.
