तं शृणुष्व महाभाग यथा प्राह पितुः पुरा ।
पुत्रः परमधर्मात्मा सुमतिर्नाम नामतः ॥८॥

O greatly fortunate one, listen to that (story), just as the supremely righteous (dharma) son, Sumati by name, spoke to his father long ago.
