मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-10, verse-37

सततं योगयुक्तस्य सतताभ्याससङ्गमात् ।
सत्संयोगात् स्वस्वभावाद्विचारविधिशोधनात् ॥३७॥
