मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-10, verse-27

विज्ञाते यत्र सर्वोऽयमृग्यजुः सामसंज्ञितः ।
क्रियाकलापो विगुणो न सम्यक् प्रतिभाति मे ॥२७॥
27. vijñāte yatra sarvo'yamṛgyajuḥ sāmasaṃjñitaḥ .

27. When that (ultimate reality) is fully understood, then to me, this entire collection of rituals—known as Ṛg, Yajus, and Sāman—appears inherently flawed and no longer truly beneficial.
