महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-2, verse-17

यज्वा वदान्यो मेधावी ब्रह्मण्यः सत्यसंगरः ।
न चावमन्ता दाता च वेदवेदाङ्गपारगः ॥१७॥
17. yajvā vadānyo medhāvī brahmaṇyaḥ satyasaṁgaraḥ ,
na cāvamantā dātā ca vedavedāṅgapāragaḥ.
