महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-2, verse-32

ततः सांनिध्यमध्यापि माहिष्मत्यां विभावसोः ।
दृष्टं हि सहदेवेन दिशो विजयता तदा ॥३२॥
32. tataḥ sāṁnidhyamadhyāpi māhiṣmatyāṁ vibhāvasoḥ ,
dṛṣṭaṁ hi sahadevena diśo vijayatā tadā.
32. tataḥ sāṃnidhyam adhyāpi māhiṣmatyām vibhāvasoḥ
dṛṣṭam hi sahadevena diśaḥ vijayatā tadā
32. tataḥ adhyāpi māhiṣmatyām vibhāvasoḥ sāṃnidhyam dṛṣṭam hi.
tadā diśaḥ vijayatā sahadevena (tat) dṛṣṭam.
32. Then, the presence of Vibhāvasu (Agni) is seen in Mahiṣmatī even today. Indeed, it was seen there by Sahadeva at that time, while he was conquering the quarters.
