महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-94, verse-14

धर्मब्रह्मोत्तरे राज्ये शंतनुर्विनयात्मवान् ।
समं शशास भूतानि कामरागविवर्जितः ॥१४॥
14. dharmabrahmottare rājye śaṁtanurvinayātmavān ,
samaṁ śaśāsa bhūtāni kāmarāgavivarjitaḥ.
